Quickly submit maintenance requests that go directly to our maintenance queue.
- Please submit all maintenance requests online through your Appfolio online portal. Please remember to give permission to enter and state whether anyone in the unit has any flu-like symptoms or been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for Covid in the last 14 days. Please note, if this information is not included, we will not be able to add your request to the maintenance schedule. To avoid delays, please include this in every work order.
