“Living at Eighth Street Apartments has been my best experience as a renter. The small size of the complex allowed for quick maintenance repairs and wonderful managerial assistance. The rent price was unbeatable for a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a nice sized backyard. In addition, the pool was always clean and a great place to relax. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at this apartment complex and the surrounding locations. If I am ever back in Davis, I will definitely be scouting these apartments again for a great living experience!"

“I lived in this apartment complex for 2 years. For the price you pay for a decently sized 2-bedroom apartment in Davis, Eighth Street Apartments is simply unmatched. This complex has a pool, and the apartment is nicely located just opposite to grocery outlet, international food market, dollar tree, and love laundry. The kitchens in the apartment are quite modern and separate from the living area and the room. The rooms are large enough with big windows. You get a parking spot for one car, and if you have another one, there is plenty of street parking available. The management is great and maintenance is top-class and prompt for any needs you have in the apartment. As a student at UC Davis or working in Davis for a small family, you cannot get a better priced apartment in Davis.”

“I lived in this complex for the last 2 years for graduate school. I've lived in some apartments in Davis before moving in here and I can say that University House Apartments is the best apartment community I have ever lived in! Rooms are huge: I was able to have a queen bed, 2 desks, 1 couch, and 1 dresser. Also, every room has a huge closet. Living room and bathroom are pretty decent in terms of size as well. The location is perfect! Just about 10 min walk from downtown and about 5min bike from campus but for rainy days, the bus stop is just around the corner. Katie, the manager, is amazing!!! She's very friendly and always made sure all residents had a pleasant experience living here. 100% recommended :-) ”
