Please review our rental application requirements.

• Non-refundable Application Fee: $55 (for credit check)

• Each person applying to live in a unit together needs to fill out a separate application. If a cosigner is needed, the cosigner will need to fill out a separate application as well. 

• There is an option on the online application to click "Group Applicants." Everyone who is applying to live in the same unit together needs to "group" their applications with the other applicants so we know who is applying together as tenants. 

• Each applicant is required to upload the following items as an attachment on the online application:

• Copy of a valid government-issued photo ID
  
• Proof of Income (this could include your 4 most recent pay stubs, or Financial Aid Award)
  
• Fill out section 1 of the Rental Applicant Reference and Employment Verification forms.

• There is a $250 holding deposit required to hold the property after application approval. Please note, this fee is non-refundable. If you move forward with signing the lease, the holding deposit becomes a part of the security deposit.

• Security Deposit: Minimum of one month rent

• Rent includes water, sewer and garbage
